A new product from a 25-year-old company.
Project Drive is a new platform from TGMT Systems, which has been building project execution software since 1998. Customer logos and case studies will land here once they are public. In the meantime, we are accepting design partners.
What design partners get.
If your team is ready to migrate off spreadsheets, SharePoint, or a tool that has stopped fitting, we will spend the time to make Project Drive fit your operating model — and lock in the pricing and support that came with being early.
A direct line to engineering
No tier-1 support funnel. Your CSM, your solutions architect, and the engineers shipping the platform are all on the same Slack channel as your team.
Roadmap influence
Design partner feedback goes straight into quarterly planning. Capabilities you need that are not in the platform yet ship faster, or get scoped into your contract.
Locked-in pricing
Three years of price protection on whichever tier you start at, plus migration services included rather than billed.
Our side of the deal.
- Migration in weeks
- A solutions architect maps your current source — Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira — into Project Drive templates, runs the migration, and stays involved through go-live. Typical first-portfolio migration is 4–8 weeks.
- Weekly working sessions
- For the first quarter, a 60-minute session every week with the CSM and a Project Drive engineer. After that, monthly cadence or as needed.
- Configuration in our hands
- Templates, automations, dashboards, and reports built by us with you, not handed over as a self-serve tutorial library.
- SLA and security from day one
- Same SOC 2 Type II controls, same 99.95% Enterprise SLA, same Canadian data residency. Design partner status does not mean a less-mature platform.
Your side of the deal.
- An executive sponsor and a named day-to-day project lead on your side
- Willingness to migrate one program or portfolio fully — not just pilot a corner
- Honest, regular feedback during the weekly sessions
- Permission, when the time is right and only after your legal review, to be referenced as a customer
New product. Not a new company.
TGMT Systems has been building enterprise software for Canadian organizations since 1998. Project Drive is the platform we wish had existed when we built custom project systems for those customers.
Be one of the first.
If you are evaluating Project Drive and would consider a design-partner relationship, mention it in the demo request. We are intentionally taking a small number — fit matters more than logo collection.
