Server Management
All our web servers are monitored and managed 24/7/365. In addition each of our servers have a passive mirror server
available that can be used in case of hardware failure.

We take every possible precaution to ensure data security, our database servers are constantly monitored for security
breaches as well as implementing strict security guidelines for access.

Data Backups
All database servers are backed-up nightly with a retention period of 7 days. In addition backups are stored
in an off-site facility to ensure security and redundancy.
